This is a 2019 Aged Authentic 1937 (Madagascar) that I bought from a UMGF forum member last year.

Before I bought it, this guitar was on Bryan Kimsey’s workbench for a “true vintage” long saddle.  Bryan has a video of this actual guitar on YouTube and I am going to ask him for permission to post the link here.  He also slotted the bridge and installed an upgraded set of Antique Acoustic solid bridge pins.

Frets are in excellent condition.  Intonation is spot on, all the way up and down the neck.

Action is very nice, with all nut slots cut to perfect depth and 12th fret action set at .090” on the low E and .069” on the treble side.  There is approximately .003” of relief in the neck.  I think it’s nicely balanced for flat-picking and barre chords.

No cracks or damage whatsoever.  Only a couple of very minor signs that it is a used guitar, including the typical swirling on the pick guard.  Otherwise, it’s pretty much the way it came from the factory.

There is a very small indentation on the side of the neck heel, directly opposite from where the strap button is installed on the other side. It’s not very noticeable, but I wanted to disclose it anyway.  A strap button is cleanly installed in the correct position on the bottom side of the heel.

Has a K&K Mini pickup and comes in the original Harptone Authentic case with the yellow hang tag.
